Problem: I can’t log in.

• Step 1: Check email and password.

• Step 2: Tap Forgot Password and request reset.

• Step 3: If still blocked, email [email protected] with screenshots.

Problem: My listing is not visible.

• Step 1: Check listing status in Dashboard (if toggled off).

• Step 2: Contact support if pending beyond 48 hours.

Problem: App keeps crashing.

• Step 1: Update app to latest version.

• Step 2: Clear app cache (Settings → Apps → 99 Crib → Clear Cache).

• Step 3: Reinstall app if issue persists.
