How to raise a support ticket
Open app → Help & Support → New Ticket.
Choose category (Payment, Listing, Verification, Technical).
Describe issue, attach screenshots, and submit.
Support will respond within specified SLA: Technical (24–48 hrs), Transactional (72 hrs).
Send an email to [email protected] with subject: URGENT: ESCROW DISPUTE and include transaction ID, screenshots, and summary.
