How to raise a support ticket
  1. Open app → Help & Support → New Ticket.

  2. Choose category (Payment, Listing, Verification, Technical).

  3. Describe issue, attach screenshots, and submit.

  4. Support will respond within specified SLA: Technical (24–48 hrs), Transactional (72 hrs).

6.3 Emergency escalation (transaction stuck / fraud)
  • Send an email to [email protected] with subject: URGENT: ESCROW DISPUTE and include transaction ID, screenshots, and summary.

  • Call support hotline: +234 906 091 5430 for faster attention.
