Submit a Property Request (if you can’t find what you want)

  1. Open Property Request using the "+" icon on your profile page.

  2. Fill details:

    • Property type (apartment, duplex, land, shortlet)

    • Bedrooms & bathrooms

    • Preferred locations (list up to 5)

    • Budget range (min–max)

    • Move-in timeline

    • Additional notes (furniture needed, self serviced, bq etc)

  3. Submit — matching agencies will receive the request and send options (expect recommendations within 7 days).

  4. Tip: Be specific about “inside estate”, “tarred road”, or “near school” to get better matches.

Sample Property Request 

  • Type: 2-bedroom apartment (self contained)

  • Locations: Lekki Phase 1, Ikate, Osapa London

  • Budget: ₦3,500,000 – ₦4,500,000 per annum

  • Move-in: within 4 weeks

  • Notes: Inside estate preferred, parking, furnished optional
