- Download the 99 Crib app from the App Store or Google Play, or click Download on our website.
- Tap Register.
Enter your full name, email, phone number and create a password.
Click Submit and verify your account using the link sent via email.
Select your purpose “To Find property” and click Submit to Discover your Perfect Home.

Select your purpose “To List property” and click Submit.
Complete your profile: upload a company logo, set your office address, and save.
Navigate to KYB Verification and verify with your CAC certificate and director(s) NIN.
Submit for verification — the compliance team will review and notify you (usually within 24 hours).
After approval, you’ll receive a confirmation email and access to start marketing your properties.
Subscribe to a plan (Free or Pro) to start marketing your properties: choose the Free plan to list up to 5 properties, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited listings, featured placement, and the verified badge. Complete payment to activate Pro features immediately.

- Home / Search: Explore featured listings, trending properties, and top locations. Use the search bar and filters to find properties by type, location, price range, or features that match your needs.
- Chat: Easily communicate with verified real estate agencies directly from the app. Ask questions, get recommendations, and schedule inspections.
- Property Reels: Watch short, engaging video tours of available properties to get a real feel before booking an inspection. Reels make it easier to visualize spaces and compare options instantly.
- Saved Properties / Reels: Save your favorite listings and property reels to revisit later. Access your saved items anytime for quick reference when making a decision.
- Profile: Manage your personal details, preferences, and notifications. Update your account information, view your activity, and track your inspection history all from one place.
